Stayed during Family Night weekend at Lambeau. Pictures don't really tell the story here. Hotel is outdated and musty. Room had a strange smell. Pool area was small, kids were okay with it. Some shady characters hanging in the parking lot at 9pm on a Sunday night. Outdoor keypads didn't work. The free breakfast was weak. Kids ate some cereal and donut holes. No protein. I ate a breakfast sandwich at the coffee shop across street. My wife did mention our dissatisfaction to the front desk. Mistakenly and admittedly, we should have registered our complaints in real time vs at checkout. Instead, I'll post this review and never stay here again.

We travelled to Washington Island for the lavender festival. It was a spur of the moment decision, so, could not find a room anywhere. Luckily we found one in Green Bay. I had my doubts, Hotel 'J', what kind of a place was I booking. We were so impressed! The room was very clean, and beds very comfy. There was plenty of space to park, and everyone was so attentive. The breakfast had plenty to offer to fill the grandkids up before we hit the road. The only problem we had was when their WIFI crashed on Sunday morning.

This is a hotel that has recently been under new ownership. They have added a big pool and hot tub area and breakfast included both of which are a plus. The furnishings in the Tuscany Villa were authentic and beautiful--heavy ornate cherry headboard, comfortable fainting couch in a separate area, heart shaped large hot tub in room with mirrors everywhere. Only suggestion for the room would be to remove the iron and ironing board from its current location--in direct view of room when enter and put it in the corner by the cove by the refrigerator.

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED HERE FOR OUR 9TH ANNIVERSARY IN THE "PARIS SUITE". Even though we could not afford to really go to Paris, I can still say that he brought me there because the room was beautiful with very "French" decor. The whirlpool was romantic. We even had this little French "bistro" area in our room that we had breakfast at in our room with our little coffee maker. The room had a nice little wet bar. The bed was gorgeous! The pool area was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. I could not get over how wonderful the hallways smelled. Wi-fi service worked just fine. The only complaints I had was 1.) the A/C didn't get cold enough and 2.) the girl working during the day seemed to be bothered when I asked for more towels, and 3.) I think that since they have romantic suites, that they should come up with a better plan for "special requests" made by guests (although a lady at night provided us with wine glasses and she was a very nice lady-I don't remember her name) I didn't feel like they wanted to assist you after you checked in. It kinda makes you feel like you're on your own after that. But other than those 3 small things, it was fantastic. And the number one thing that amazed me about my stay is the decor in the hotel. I couldn't believe it. It was gorgeous. It was exactly how I would want my house designed. My husband and I were very impressed. The whole reason we ended up staying here is because our "yearly anniversary hotel suite" that we normally stayed at took out all of their whirlpools in the rooms. So we decided by chance to stay here, and now we decided that we will go back here every year for our anniversary from here on out! Thank you Hotel J. Your remodeling was totally worth it!

Room tip: You might as well pay a little extra for a themed suite for a lot of extra fun!
