“great food great show”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 25, 2013

First time here with friends and it was a hit. I have always wanted to go here and finly made it.

We had the Sunday buffet and I have never seen one be kept filled as this one. Other place should go here to learn how to run a buffet. There were at least ten servers just standing inbetween the two stations which you use each side and as they trays get low another is there. These watchfull eyes kept things filled and running smoth. They served 500 people that morning in two hours. No long lines either because you were never waiting for anything. Servers at table were the same kept up on everything.

The show was a hit and I will go again.

“Great experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 18, 2013

An awesome place in a small town. My family was treated to a night at the Fireside Theatre and what a treat it was. We arrived about a half hour before dinner seating opened to browse the gift shops. What a fun variety of gifts, food, fashion, decor, jewelry, sport fan items, kid items, kitchen, you name it. Then to the five course dinner. What a relaxed atmosphere and dinning experience. Yummy food - our dinner that night spinach-articoke dip- tomato bisque soup- salad- chicken picatta with sides and cherry tart dessert. Fresh bread served throughout meal - dill bread and maple walnut. Each course brought out one at a time. Great service. You can also upgrade your meal with a selection from the menu. We then browsed the shops after dinner -mostly to start burning some the the calories we consumed :-) . We then were seated for the show in the theatre in the round. Our show that night "Footloose". Before the show started an annoucer talked briefly about the theatre and upcoming performances and acknowledged some groups, birthdays and anniversarys- then on to the show. The cast is amazingly talented. I dont think there is a bad seat in the place. It was just a happy place to be. I hope to visit the Fireside Theatre again.

“When we go out to have fun, we go to the Fireside!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 16, 2013

When we go out for dinner and a show, or we have friends / family in town and want to go somewhere special that they will remember forever, we go to the Fireside. All of the shows are great, the food outstanding and best of all the hospitality of the Klopcic family! The Fireside "family" is like none other. The "band" shows are over the top fun. Entertainment like this is simply not available anywhere else that can compare. The 60's show blew us away, so much so that we saw it 7 times, and we live 70 miles from the theater! Would have gone again if the show had not ended Feb 24. As a testament to how special the Fireside is, the comments we get from skeptical friends that join us at the Fireside for the 1st time are almost universally the same; "Wow, we had no idea the Fireside was this nice, let's do this again!". We spoke to a group of people that sat next to us at the last show, mentioned that this was our 7th time at the 60's show and they were about to see a great show. Everyone in the general area that heard that statement must of thought we were a little nuts..........until they saw the show. A number of people in the area told us afterward that it fantastic, even better than what we said it would be.

Every Jan/Feb there are the "band" shows, but we have season tickets to many of the other shows like Footloose, Johnny Cash - Ring of Fire, Closer Walk with Patsy Cline, Hello Dolly, Evita, Cinderella, Scrooge, Seven Brides/Brothers, Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, the list goes on and on with hit after hit with professional actors/actresses from Branson, New York, LA..all over. We always have Thanksgiving there, and as always, the food is terrific, and they have a special Christmas show for November/December that lifts your spirits and gets you in the mood for the holiday joy! And of course, we take our moms out for the New Years Eve show (either matinee or evening) and get a one time musical experience with Steve Watts and the band! No matter when we go, we leave with smiles on our faces, songs filling our heads and a uplifted spirit in our souls! A must do for anyone interested in a great time and something the whole family can enjoy.

“Great Night Out!”

We certainly enjoyed not only the excellent meal but an outstanding performance of the Sizzling Sixties. It is a very well-run organization. No doubt we will be back again soon!

“Love this place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 13, 2013

I've been to The Fireside several times, most recently Feb 9, 2013 for their Sizzling Sixties revue. I've also seen shows featuring big band music as well as Viva Vegas, featuring the likes of Sinatra, Elvis, etc. and several of their Christmas shows. The talent level for such a small theatre is amazing. Very sorry to hear of the recent loss of Jeff, their long-time trumpet player.
I've never been to a "normal" play but my wife wants to see their performance of Footloose this year and I'm really curious to see how they're going to pull off Little Shop of Horrors.
The food is as good as the show and I've never had a bad meal or poor service in all the times I've been there. My wife and I adore this place.
