“An amazing restaurant that we should feel fortunate to have in a smaller town!”
Reviewed August 20, 2012 via mobile

Central Coast is a restaurant you expect to find in a big city. Yet we are blessed to have it in a small town in between Milwaukee, Janesville and Madison.

My husband and I took our parents here prior to our wedding as a thank you to them. Theyade this night more memorable than we coul have imagined. We were put at a table that felt very private, serenaded in Italian and given a few glasses of aged port to top off our dessert. The menu is innovative and balanced.

Before or after dinner, be sure to enjoy a cocktail at their modern and exquisite bar. You will not be disappointed with their wine list. Enjoy every delectable bite of an amazing restaurant right in your backyard!

“Don't waste your time!”
Reviewed April 14, 2012

Owner formerly owned a business that employs a relative of mine. He made it very clear the this business's employees that they could not afford to go to Central Coast. Food was lukewarm and very overpriced. Central Coast is now closed. It is only open for private parties. Good riddance!

“I am sure it it closed by now.........”
Reviewed March 5, 2012

We arrived at 1120AM Sunday for the brunch/play. No one was there and the doors were locked. After several minutes of waiting, a man came out of the building. Turns out to be the owner. He explained that the play was cancelled and everyone had been contacted....well, not us. He told me to call Monday to get my refund....well no one has answered the phone. This was our first experience with Central Coast ....and clearly our last.

But as it turns out, we drove 2 miles down the road to The Fireside and were able to get great tickets for their matinee. It turned out to be a perfect afternoon!

“A unique dining experience”

Wonderful food is offered here that you would have to travel to a big city for. Granted, I do feel it is somewhat overpriced.
