We loved our wraps here! Though the menu may seem limiting, the owner had plenty of add-ins to offer (tons of veggies, Jamaican-style chicken, black bean salsa, etc.) and the flavor was wonderful. The owner is a nice guy- we stayed in the restaurant and talked to him while we ate. There are only 3 seats inside and a couple outside. Colectivo coffee is available, as well as homemade scones. Prices are very reasonable- we were stuffed for $8/person. We'll be back!
There were three choices of wraps, the basic - spuds, eggs, and cheese (pepper jack, cheddar, or goat cheese); the standard - where you could add meat or veggies (fresh spinach, red peppers, mushrooms, green onions); and the deluxe - that had everything. These were wrapped in a flour, spinach, or a chipotle shell. The prices were $5.75, $7.75, and $9.95. The wraps were huge, and I'm glad my younger daughters split them. It was a wonderful and fresh cooked meal at a very affordable price. My wife already mentioned going back before our vacation was over :) The inside is fairly plain with concrete floors. We ate on a surfboard. It wasn't fine dining, but was everything we were looking for.
If you think you've had the best omelets before visiting Good Eggs, then you'll be amazed when you have theirs. One person at a time, they build the most delicious omelet this side of the Mississippi...or the other side, for that matter. Go hungry and leave happy!
We had some trouble finding this place after seeing reviews here; it turned out to be right next to our motel near the south end of downtown, tucked back a little from the main road. But it was well worth finding. This one-man operation offers breakfast wraps with just about anything you'd want. We sat down inside with some fresh coffee while the friendly proprietor started on our wraps, asking if we'd like various ingredients (meats, vegetables, cheese) in them as he went along. The finished products were excellent, and quite large (figure Qdoba/Chipotle-sized). A great start to the day. He only has one inside table, but there's plenty more seating outside. Keep in mind this is a seasonal operation, so don't expect to find him open after Halloween.
