RA is more than a racing destination. The whole experience from the track to the village of Elkhart Lake is worth the trip. After the track it is a must to visit EL. The beauty of the lake combined with many restaurant and cocktailing options make this a really fun trip.

Lots and lots of old race cars, very well kept and the owners will talk about how they have been restored, etc. Great time.

Great Track with viewing from many different curves or the final straight run for the checkered flag. Concessions had a great selection of drinks and sandwiches. The Pulled Pork was excellent. Easy access to the pit areas and crews. Hundreds of older bikes were parked throughout the site. Many participants and attendees camped on site as well. Motorcycle Classics Magazine staff, including Editor Backus, were on hand with a small bike show and guided tour through the countryside.

The fun thing about this place is that there is so much space you never feel crowded. You can bring your coolers, your umbrellas, etc. Setup anywhere and watch the race, or just hang out with friends. The food and drinks aren't that expensive - but you can bring your own if you want. HIGHLY recommend the roasted corn. Doesn't matter what race is going on - if you like racing in general you will enjoy this track.

My husband is a car enthusiast....what a better place to see what your car can do at the many races held there each year. We make it a family weekend as our son also drives....we enjoy the beautiful area and the friendly people at the track.
