This is a gem of a restaurant! We love small plate dining and Parador does a creative mix of Spanish and regional cuisine. Really enjoyed the cheese plate for starters (3 local Wisconsin cheeses) with their Sangia and of course the bread and olive oil. All of that was almost enough for a whole meal. The Whitefish (regional) and bowl of olives, finished with a great cheesecake and peanut brittle. The restaurant has rearranged seating so their is privacy. Great vibe. Good food for this neck of the woods.
