We stayed and dined, and living in area I will say this was one of the best keep secrets. As a retired Chef whose career was on east coast this does not disappoint. Chef here gives a great value and blending of flavors. I hope in the future as the public becomes more accustomed to french cuisine he exposes them to other dishes. Being from Provence he has many to share.
Menu was a nice size to be done right, staff was good but could use a little more knowledge. The bartender made a great drink and was knowledgeable in wines.
As to the hotel room was very nice and clean, we had a queen room the only flaw was the viscosity of body wash was to thick for device, big deal huh? I think moving the bed to middle seating area and the seats ton window area would darken it for sleeping and make social area more enjoyable. room 306 Thanks we will be a regular patron for chefs food and look forward to some wonderful classics.
