Cambridge is a small town with few restaurant options, so we asked our innkeeper at the Oscar Hanson House where to eat and he told us that this place had a full menu and good food. He was right. We had the onion rings which were beer battered and good, the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and fries, and cherry pie. All were competently prepared. Nothing was so good that it blew us away. This place is just a modest bar and grill, so don't expect any bells and whistles. We went after dark and the lighting in the place left much to be desired. Also, the beer selection is dismal. If you want a good beer, go to the cute little bicycle shop/cafe across the street. I know it sounds weird, but they have an awesome craft beer selection and some delicious small dishes to snack on. Also, it has an indie, eclectic atmosphere. But if you want a lot more selection, you gotta go to Keystone, which offers sandwiches, pasta, prime rib, fish fry, and more.
