My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights at this establishment. He found a great deal for the hotel and we paid around $60 per night. We spent very little time at the hotel and were satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly, though we did have difficulty finding the main entrance as we arrived late at night. The hotel is located just 10-15 minutes outside of Milwaukee and right next to a mall/shopping plaza. Would probably stay here again if we can secure the same deal.

Hi rdelro2,

Thank you for staying with us at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel.

I’m delighted you were able to get such a good deal on your room rate. Remember with blind bidding websites, you do not know the name of the hotel until after you have completed the purchase. Our best rates and rooms are always available on Sheraton.com

I’m glad you found our team members to be friendly.

I apologize you had difficulty finding the main entrance to the hotel. Our main entrance faces Moorland Road.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback and we hope to see you again!

Warm regards,

The Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

This is a very convenient hotel that is on the outskirts of Milwaukee. You willneed a car to stay here, but is very close to Milwaukee and the key highways. The hotel is big and you will do alot of walking. It has a nice lobby and very cordials staff. It is not up to the Sheraton name and looks like a lower quality hotel. The Club Lounge needs a better breakfast and presentation. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice.

We had a good two night stay at this establishment. Above average room in terms of comfort and ambiance, clean, mini fridge, and adequate space for two travelers. The halls and other public areas were clean, nicely decorated, and brightly lit. Staff was friendly and helpful with local directions. This hotel is right off of I-94, but we didn't hear any traffic noise. It is also conveniently located across a large parking area from a shopping mall that has many chain stores, restaurants and fast food options. Great location for visiting the zoo and 10-15 minute drive to the downtown/waterfront area. We did not have time to try the pool or fitness room. This reservation was made on the Hotwire website, our first time trying their deeply discounted "mystery hotel" option, where you learn the name of the hotel after you pay for the room. They do give you some clues, including the hotel star rating and what percentage of travelers would recommend the hotel, and both were good for this 'mystery" option. Since the deal was great we decided to try it, and we were very happy with the results!

The rack room rates posted on my door say full retail rates are near $600! This is a good hotel, but is barely a $100 room. The beds are good, the staff nice, but the rooms look worn. The bathroom is very small.

We were traveling to Chicago and stayed at this hotel on the way. We loved the room, and everyone was very courteous and professional.

We wanted to especially say that the hotel restaurant was a great experience, and we had an exceptional waitress. Her name is: Tammie Perdue. She was wonderful, and we had a great time and great dinner.

Room Tip: Just an idea if you are not an early riser. Don't stay right next to the Club Lounge, where the...

First of all I want to thank the front desk personnel for being so helpful. They were efficient and friendly. After initially checking in (we had a standard room/2double beds) I went right back and asked to upgrade. We were traveling with 2 kids and decided to upgraded to a deluxe room in order to get a refrigerator. What the first person didn't tell me is that it would be one king and a sofa sleeper. The person that upgraded gave us a rollaway because of the mistake - THANK YOU.
The rooms were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny.
The sofa sleeper cushions had stains all over it as did the carpet on the floor.
The pool area was spacious and I really liked the comfortable seating. There were some issues of cleanliness there though. The deck around the pool needed a good scrubbing and the water fountain had a pool of black muck in it all weekend.
The workout area was great. It had nice equipment and was very accommodating to include cooled towels, a water cooler and head phones. Very well done!
I loved the Frank Lloyd Wright art on the walls in the halls.
This property is in a great location for shopping, the zoo and access to downtown.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, well kept property however the convention area is not well organized.
Starting with check in they failed to follow the directions on billing rooms for a national rep. They billed his credit card even though twice they were told to bill it to the convention. Even after check in they still failed to fix this.
The meals were pricey compared to others in the area but definitely not much food for the price. Soup and a half sandwich for $15 plus 20% gratuity...Evening meal was steak and chicken, food was warm, not hot, steaks were well done, overall not a good meal for the price.
Things we requested and had on the contract were not there, had to keep asking for things as the convention went on. And the attitude was like we were changing as we went along even though it was on the contract and we were paying for the items.
After the convention many attendees complained about the meals etc. We will not be back. Too many other options in the area to deal with high prices and low quality.
