We were directed here by our B&B (Villa La Bercia -- also excellent), but you could get here through the Michelin app. Both recommendations are justified. The food is largely sourced locally (some of it even from the garden behind the restaurant, and the recipes rely heavily on traditional dishes. The proprietress greeted us and gave us individual recommendations. The servers were a little harried, but the young man who waited on us couldn't have been better. He was very patient with us and was very attentive, but not intrusive. Because it's a local place, expect families, possibly including noisy babies, but that just adds to the ambiance. This was a memorable meal.
