After receiving mixed reviews from some of the locals, my wife and I decided to give it a shot anyway. We arrived around 5:30 on a Friday night for a couple rounds of drinks and dinner. Shaun the bartender served up a tap beer and glass of wine at the bar. He was well informed and a good conversationalist without being overbearing or obnoxious. We ordered our food from the bar and were seated at a cozy table with a view of the harbor just prior to our food being ready. My wife ordered their lobster boil ($55) which was their Friday night special, I had the king crab legs ($39). The food was everything we expected and more. The quaint, cozy atmosphere and excellent meal set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. I'm on the road 180 nights a year and eat in some of the finest restaurants all over the country. This was the best restaurant meal I've had in over a year. We will definitely be back, the next time we are in Bailey's Harbor.
