We could have overindulged and were tempted! There was a plethora of choices for brunch, and every item on the buffet was tasty and nicely presented. The elegant surroundings (unreal chandeliers!) were only surpassed by the gourmet food offerings! It was a $27 plus 20% automatic tip breakfast which is something we only do on special occasions, but worth it. Fantastic coffee (and we are coffee snobs!), juices, omlette station, blintzes, quiche....you name it. If you haven't seen The Greenbrier lately, you haven't seen the Greenbrier. Ten years ago I vowed never to return, but the place is new and fresh and tastefully done.
