In another review we supported Cheddar's because it is directly across the street from Cabelas.
However, on a separate trip, we found the wait too long at Cheddars, and Bob Evans is adjacent to Cheddars.
Bob Evans seems to be ubiquitous, and often very, very busy.
However, this nicely renovated Bob Evans was only 10% full, and offering a summer menu of items for $8.00.
We have eaten in dozens of Bob Evans without a complaint; simple fare, fast service, and good meals. The Triadelphia Bob Evans is delightful.
Much of the menu is similar to Cheddars, and the next time the line to Cheddars is snaking out the door, try Bob Evans. We have been to many Bob Evans where there is a long wait including our hometown Bob Evans.
