We didn't have a great first impression. We dined here on a Saturday night, at the end of the season. The two men waiting in front of us left after not being acknowledged by any host or hostess. We waited around a few more minutes before they finally got around to seating us. The restaurant was not full as it was late March. Our actual server would be fine, though.

The margaritas were good, and my chicken quesadillas were fine. However, my husband ordered the chicken and green chile enchiladas, and it literally looked like a child's menu item. I've never seen enchiladas so small -- they looked like taquitos.

We arrived very late, about 15 mins before they were to close. The wait staff are wonderful, the food was terrific, the tacos great. If you have kids, please go for dinner, the food was very fast coming out, and you get some nachos to start, so if you have a hungry family this is the place to go!

We stayed in the Village at Rimfire Lodge so this restaurant was a no-brainer as it's next door and could accommodate a family of 9. The food was very good - fish tacos and burritos were excellent. Only detraction was the service - it was not crowded but waitress disappeared for long stretches so have to grade them down for that. But it is still worth the visit as prices weren't extreme and food was very good.

Snow and cold doesn't usually make my husband and I crave Tex-Mex/Southwestern food, but this is one of our favorite restaurants to visit at Snowshoe. The margaritas are great (try their Perfect Margarita!) and chips with their white queso is surprisingly satisfying after a day on the slopes. The food here is good and the portions are huge. For dessert we shared an apple-filled cinnamon churro with a spicy chocolate fondue - so fun!

After a long day of skiing we walked into the Sunset and loved the atmosphere right away. We ordered the Shrimp & Roasted Corn Chili Relleno, it was nice and spicy as hoped for. Our entrees were good, my Texas Patty melt was to have Jalapeno corn bread but that did not happen. The quesadilla and fish tacos were very good. We will visit there again on our next visit.
