You save some money, for sure. The room is very basic- old, poorly lit. Wifi if you get up at 5-6 am, or midnight or so. No refrigerator or microwave. The ceiling was partially painted- a portion was white, while mostly bone white. When we checked in, the lady at the desk was chewing gum and had poor eye contact. Did not seem to care. We did get better service after. It rained hard one day, and we live 9 hours away. We thought about staying an extra day, and just snowing later. They gave us a decent rate. They treated us pretty well. Breakfast- french toast, scrambled eggs, potatoes and various drinks was ok. Would recommend adding yogurt, fruit and oatmeal as choices, but ok. Enjoyed the 2 hot tubs after cold day on the slopes. Overall, not bad. I think we will next time stay back on the mountain.
