The food was an eclectic mix of flavors & the kale & quinoa with chicken was not any dull chicken dish it was infused with rich herbs. The special 3 course offering was seafood ceviche followed by chile rellenos and the grand finale was banana empanadas with homemade chocolate / cayenne pepper ice cream that was out of this world!!! All this was such a pleasant surprise in a beautiful rural location! Everything we ate was wonderful!
