The campus is large and if the PRT (Personal Rapid Transit) is down it is hard to get around. The campus is beautiful and the buildings are close together.

We traveled to the TCU vs West Virginia Football game from Texas, even though we had heard horrible rumors about fan treatment at games. Apparently these rumors had gotten back to West virginia because their fans went way out of their way to be cordial and warm to us visitors. We have been to many away games but never have we been treated so nicely.
We were invited to eat and drink at a number of tailgates as we walked to the stadium and all who we met wished us good luck in the game. even after the game we were congratulated on our win. I hope our fans can learn from this experience and repay the kindness shown to us. Believe me we will spread the word.

There's more to WVU than football and basketball. A visit to the campus will enlighten you. Tour the main campus as well as the medical facilities reached by the "monorail." WVU, one of the top universities in the country!

Spend at least two days to enjoy all Morgantown has to offer- tour the University, enjoy the downtown, check out the beautiful mountain scenery. Maybe go to a game?

beautiful campus. hundreds of activities. my daughter loved it. Everything a college campus has to offer. Extremely hilly terrain will present driving problems in bad weather but there are plenty of buses and the PRT.
