I don't know how long Mountain State Brewing Co. has been in Morgantown, but we are quite happy to have discovered it.
The decor is very industrial and unique, perfect for the space.
Our server was prompt and knowledgeable, even at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon, and the prices were reasonable.
My husband and I went for the personal flatbreads. He chose a "Fire on the Mountain" (Sausage, pepperoni, pepper rings, onions, spicy chipotle and tomato sauce) and said that it was great. I chose the "Olive Another" (Olive tapenade, artichoke hearts, roasted
red peppers & fresh mozzarella). It was quite good but needed... something... maybe feta instead of the mozzaarella? In any case, I enjoyed it very much.
Oddly, of all things, bingo was going on when we arrived. Occasionally, as the numbers were called out, I felt as though I was in a church basement with a bunch of old ladies. It was a little distracting.
But the food made up for it. :)
