Like most Ramada's i have visited in the past few years, this one is pretty rough.
However, the free hot breakfast and adequate staff has kept me coming back for many years, despite the old and worn rooms and generally tired property.
Unfortunately, unless all of the newer motels in the area have no vacancy, this will be my last stay at this location due to further aging of the property and a staff that no longer shows concern.
It is inconceivable in 2013 to acknowledge having poor and inconsistent internet service and then say that's just the way it is. Maybe the management company should add some additional yagi antennas or wireless base units.
But then again, maybe the improvements could be made in the guest rooms, or perhaps in training some of the staff.
The room was a bit more worn than my previous visits, with torn wall paper, a crooked door that you could stick your fingers over, and an old cathode ray tube television that had a broken case.
There are still no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, and while I don't always use them, it is nice to have them available.
The front desk staff is not interested in guest service, and when this observation is added to the overall condition of the property it is enough to tip the scales against the great hot breakfast.
Sorry Ramada, but this is the second property that I do not plan to visit again.
