In town for a wrestling tournament we stayed here amid a nasty snow storm. The service was a bit of trouble. They ran out of towels in the evening and were very strict during the breakfast, (milk is for cereal only and you're forbidden to have a glass to simply drink.) The worst part of the service was their valet parking. It was free, but they didn't park our car in the valet lot and thus we couldn't find it when we needed to get something. They went in search of it and finally returned it with a large layer of snow, but never told us where it had been parked, (and we certainly checked the roof floor of their garage.)
The hotel room itself was alright but their beds had a customizable softness control and neither hard or soft was terribly comfortable. The room was clean and had your standard amenities. An elevator broke down during our visit and the only working one was packed at all times. Walking from the 11th floor grows very tiring.
The location was prime, though, right next to the convention center, many nice local shops and pubs, and a few restaurants and a cinema.
