We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2016, with 3 adults and 3 children (7, 5 and 2). The house has enough rooms, but the square footage is small.. We had a very nice experience. I want to say that upfront, since we also have some negative things to say. The house is in a lovely wooded area, and the hot tub on the screened in porch is wonderful. The place was clean, with p lenty of towels.
On the negative side, this house is very outdated. All the appliances and laminate counters and floors are showing their age, as is the furniture. There is no way the table could work for 6 people. Kitchen area only has room for one person. Pots, dishes, etc., are haphazard. There were plenty of some things, none of other things, and there was no organization.i There was a hassle in getting the passes needed to use The Woods facilities (pools). The windows are not meant to open, and there are no screens. Indoor fireplace is closed during the summer (understandable), but outdoor firerrings are prohibited. So, no s'mores.
Bottom line: the location is very pretty, and there was all that you needed, although everything is outdated, and the kitchen stuff is a puzzle to find. It might just be us, but we wanted a place to roast marshmallows, and there were no campfires allowed in this particular r ental, although we could see no reason for this, as they were allowed in other nearby properties. I can't say whether I could recommend this to others.. There are some very good things, and some not so good features.
