Wow, what a disappointment. Lasagna had hardly any cheese or meat in it -= was 95percent noodles and sauce - cheap to make yet still cost 13 bucks. worst lasagna ever, even worse than school lunch lasagna. it was similar in consistency and composition to the spaghetti, just with bigger noodles. 18 dollar chicken dish was a disappointment - and included only 1 small piece of potato and no peppers. was supposed to be a chix/vegetable dish. 10.50 for a small, forgettable spaghetti. And only italian restaurant i have ever been to that charges extra for garlic bread - on top of the high prices for meals. Think what keeps them going is the nostalga that some folks feel for the place, as saw little else that would bring me back - and that is not enough.

you wont get a luxurious/formal feel here, but the food is exceptional. I usually get the ravioli and greecian toast. The salads are good and their house dressing is pretty hard to beat as well. They have canollis on the menu too!

My wife and I ate here with another couple a couple of months ago. The other couple raved about the pasta sauce, we thought it was awful. (Ragu is much better, in my opinion) Overall, the quality of the food is poor and the prices are high. If you want Italian food go to the Olive Garden or even Pizza Hut!

Although it's been over a year since I've been there, my tastebuds LONG for additional pleasures of tasting the delicacies prepared there!

Leonoro's is like its spaghetti sauce: something of an acquired taste. Yes, the place is small, the decor is bland and the tableware isn't top-shelf. It's a family place, in business almost 100 years The menu is quite limited, and I confess I know people who don't care for Leonoro's sauce, but it's a great place for a local couple -- or an extended ethnic family -- to have dinner and conversation. Ask for the "dago sandwich" (it isn't on the menu). You'll get half a loaf of bread, hollowed out and filled with meatballs. That's it.
