This restaurant is always a good bet as one of the best places to eat in Charleston. Good food, good service and a reasonable wine listb

“SIMPLY OUTSTANDING”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 22, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

We don't live in this part of town so the Bridge Road Bistro was not on our radar. We obviously have to fix that radar as this establishment is right on target. Though a bit pricy the menu is extensive and features not only standard fare but items not found in the various chain establishments (like duck for example). The menu is large. The service is outstanding. Drinks are well prepared. The atmosphere is unique as anything from formal wear to very casual would seem to be appropriate. Net/net, if you're looking for a great restaurant that's outside the normal chain box and want a great dining (or social) experience, give these folks a shot.

“Fantastic Sunday brunch spot”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 14, 2013

Well-appointed brunch buffet--buffet is really not a good enough word, but--with an eclectic assortment of common items and out of the ordinary. Like a cold quinoa/cranberry/walnut dish that was the perfect compliment to my crabmeat omelet prepared at the omelet bar. You have to go here at least once in your life.

“Great service”

We were meeting friends from high school for lunch and to visit. They gave us a large table in bar area where we could talk and visit. Service was great and food wonderful. They were so helpful.

“Terrible n not Bistro!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2013

Just leaving...horribly overpriced, painfully slow service, forgot our appetizer, held up our dinners so filet over cooked rather than medium rare n other dinners served cold! Should have gone elsewhere! Staff was friendly but scattered. Food very mediocre!
