“Low key”
Reviewed July 9, 2013

We visited this park during the week. You didn't need to make a reservation for the roman bath but I hear that reservations are needed for the weekend. The baths are individual tiled tubs ( very large) you can go in with by yourself or friends. The spa offers massages for a good price although I didn't have one. There is also a swimming pool and the spring water on site. The spring water is available at the tap anytime, there is no admission fee for that. You can also walk around the park for free. The only time you pay anything is when you want to use a service or go to the pool. The pool is pretty popular among locals so it gets a little crowded.

There is no other place like this. The history, beauty, and the fresh, clean water. If you come here you will love it, so be sure to learn about it and help to protect it so that it will remain magical for generations to come!

“Dip your toes in!”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

Berkeley Springs is a sweet little town. The springs run through the state park (I read that it's the country's smallest state park!), and you can sit and relax and soak your feet in the springs while your kids play in the water. There's also a nice swimming pool near the springs where, for a reasonable fee, you can swim. Plenty of snacks and shops within walking distance. Very low key, very relaxing town.

“Quaint and casual”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

The town was cute with nice shops. We used the public pool near the springs. Very relaxing. Historical area and fairly close to Harpers Ferry which we went to also.
