This hotel has had it's use, but it feels comfy. It is in a highly congested area. When we arrived, the hallway looked unvacuumed, but the room was clean. It was small and decor was outdated and drab, but it had a wonderful comfy lounge chair and good bed which redeemed the decor. The hotel heater was quiet, unlike many other hotel heaters. The breakfast room was big and almost palatial. The hot breakfast with eggs and sausage assures that we will return

Thank you for the positive review. The Quality Inn is currently half way though our guest room renovations and should be complete by April 15. Again, thank you for the review and we look forward to seeing you in the future.

We stayed here for one evening on our way back home. Yes, the place is older, but it was well-kept. The beds were comfortable, but if you are a light sleeper, be aware the walls are pretty thin. Heard the neighbors morning alarm go off.

The layout of the hotel is a bit odd. We were one the 1st floor, but felt like we were going to a basement. Light on water pressure, but acceptable. The breakfast was good - real eggs and homemade biscuits instead of the powdered eggs and frozen teeth-breaking biscuits that im accustomed to.

All in all, it was more than adequate for an overnight stay.

Room was spacious. Close to a few places to eat within walking distance IE: outback steakhouse and applebees. Only two small complaints.
1. Not good for noise from hall. Light sleepers beware.
2. Strangest way to get shower to work. You have to pull down the tub part below to get shower to start. They should include directions.

We stayed here while on a road trip in mid November. Pros -impressed with the quick & efficient check-in , very good hot breakfast. Cons - The room had a strong smell of deodorizer. We had to have the air conditioner unit on just to get rid of the odor. Also a lot of noice in the hall in the middle of the night. In the morning I wanted a shower, but it wasn't even operational and shower curtain had mold on it. By that time we just wanted out. Will not be staying here again.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for the property. I am sorry that your experience with the shower was not up to your satisfaction. I will make every effort to correct this issue. I would like to send an invitation for you to come back to the property on your next travel to the area. I would personally extend a comp room to you and your family so we can get it right this time. The Inn was obviously older, but well maintained. Our room was immaculate. The biggest and best surprise was the breakfast. They served REAL scrambled eggs! Not reconstituted, microwaved, or otherwise amended.

We stayed here for four days while visiting family in September 2011, having stayed there before. The biggest issue during this visit was that the security door to our level wasn't secure at all since there was no lock on the door. That meant anyone could enter the hotel. The shower didn't work in our bathroom the first morning. We reported it and it was repaired, but after that the tub leaked very loudly, meaning that we had to keep the bathroom door closed at night. The housekeeping was spotty. We got one bar of soap for both the sink and the bathtub. I used my own soap in the tub. When we returned that evening, both soaps were gone and replaced by one bar. There were only two towels available. Several of the days, the towels were replaced but there were no wash cloths. We got them by going to the front desk, but that's a pain in the neck. We used cups, but they weren't always replaced, and the coffee, coffee cups and supplies weren't replaced consistently either. On a previous visit, the hair dryer caught fire when I turned it on. We also stayed there when the restaurant was being remodeled and the breakfast was served in the lobby. The bar is filled with rowdy locals and smoke-filled, so it's not really a good place to go if you're traveling. We also stayed there in February when the hotel was filled with teenagers on ski trips, who stayed up partying in the hall unsupervised most of the night, and nothing was done to quite them. I don't understand the review from gborotraveler about it being a pet friendly hotel, since they made it quite clear that pets were not welcome at all. There is not elevator so if your room is on a second floor you have to drag your bags upstairs. The breakfast is better than most, though, with lots of choices.

As a road warrior, I found the wifi really slow for work related stuff. As long as I was checking email I was okay but any work that requires even a decent amount of bandwidth was a problem. The room was decent, clean and the bed was comfortable. I stay here often and will stay again. There is a bar but the restaurant may be closed, although the breakfast was hot and of good quality for a hotel like this. All in all I think it is a good place to stay, just try to get a good price. A lower price takes the edge off of the little things that are showing their age around the property.

Room Tip: Rooms on the lower floors and/or toward the back of the building are quieter. Bar is on top floor a...
