Possibly due to our seating preference on the patio, my family and I didn't receive service for approx. 10 min. Our server, Matt E. was very apologetic and gave a viable reason for the delay. While we were awaiting our order, the manager, who had initially detected the delay, expressed his sincere apologies and generously offered a complimentary appetizer. What an unexpected surprise which we appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed!
