The place is great, the tour is amazingly cheep, the beer is great, loved the over all.
Really worth going to, but it's better if you get one designated driver so the rest of the people will be able to drink.
Food was great, dink was great and the tour is mainly about drinking :)
And the tour guide was great !

Being from Colorado we have lots of microbrewries and brew pubs. Many of these establishments could take some tips from the Red Hook brewery in Seattle. Their deck is amazing, if it is nice-eat outside here you will not be disappointed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere great, the gift shop top notch...and the beer...yummy. They even make their own hard apple cider which was a big hit with the ladies in our group. A tip-eat here/have a beer or two before going to a concert across the street at the Chateau St Michele winery.

Made this stop to satisfy my husband, but I enjoyed it too. Just be aware that the "tour" consists of standing in a room (with some windows out to the production area), listening to your "guide" tell you about the brewery, and drinking beer. Which is great, if you're an adult. But not so much if you're a kid. And we had some parents in our group who brought their kiddos along not realizing that the kids were going to get really, really bored. And loud. And obnoxious. So parents, leave the kids at home, and enjoy your beer.

This is very good lunch stop on your way to wineries in the area. A very good selection of beer with a lunch menu anyone could find something [be it Pub food]. We were there on a weekend so the place was not real crowded, but was noisy. There were several bycyle riders visiting the site. They have outside seating, but there was a wait. After lunch we went just up the road and visited two wineries [I am not much of a wine drinker, but wife is. It was a very fun afternoon.

We stopped into the Red Hook Brewery after lunch at the Barking Frog and were disappointed as they were undergoing renovations that meant we had to sit in a tent to sample the beers. I like Red Hook and if we had been there a day later the bar area would have been ready!
