Nestled in the foothills of the North Cascades National Park, this destination brewery is a gem of a discovery in every season. We regularly feature live music and are the thriving heartbeat of the Methow Valley. At OSB, our focus is on quality ingredients--the choicest hops, perfectly malted grains, and our famously delicious Winthrop water, all overseen by our award winning Head Brewer, Kyle Koger. At OSB, we are more than just about the beer. We bring the community together, so authentic connections can be made. Come discover for yourself! While you're here, be sure to say hi to our new owners--Jacob, Nathan & Troy! We can't wait to get to know you. Cheers--" A full list of where we sell our ales outside of the Methow Valley can be found on our website.

“Fish & Chip were average.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 4, 2013

I had the fish and chips and they were average. The fish was breaded with bread crumb instead of the usual flour and/or beer. I think it was still deep-fried which was nice, but not as good as the traditional style. My friend, who is gluten free, was happy that they had gluten free food and beer.

“Good”

We had microbrews before dinner which were very good. We had sandwiches for dinner outside by the river. They were very good. I would eat here again.

“Super busy place, but great service.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 3, 2013

We ate/drank here two days in a row. Their food is a little above normal pub fare, really very good. The drinks are fabulous. But, the service is so good. One Saturday afternoon...and it was horrendously busy....our waitress was Brittany. Running around serving a whole deck full of tables efficiently and with a smile on her face. Super sweet girl. We all wanted to get up and help her! Will for sure visit again when we're back in town.

“Great beer, good food”

Beer was amazing and food good. Add outdoor dining and music and it made a great evening. If only they would make a burger less cooked than medium.
