Nestled in the foothills of the North Cascades National Park, this destination brewery is a gem of a discovery in every season. We regularly feature live music and are the thriving heartbeat of the Methow Valley. At OSB, our focus is on quality ingredients--the choicest hops, perfectly malted grains, and our famously delicious Winthrop water, all overseen by our award winning Head Brewer, Kyle Koger. At OSB, we are more than just about the beer. We bring the community together, so authentic connections can be made. Come discover for yourself! We can't wait to get to know you. Cheers--" A full list of where we sell our ales outside of the Methow Valley can be found on our website.

We had fish and chips, and a hamburger on another day. The fish and chips were great, the hamburger, average.

They had a really good local band, it was a Fri night and although the service was a little spotty and could use more precision and attention, the food and house crafted brews made up for it
The salad with house dressing was a highlight- great to have such a quality fresh salad while travelling and the fish and chips were excellent. Wish i had this place in my hometown but it would be overrun with Washington DC suburbanites and that would ruin it.

Their beer wins prizes. Big prizes and deservedly so. Fun converted schoolhouse with a deck and beer garden right on the river. Food is a bit pricey for the quality, but the great beer makes up for it.

We visited after a long holiday weekend. The staff seemed relieved the crowds were gone. They were friendly and very chatty. Their award winning beers were exellent as was the pulled pork sandwich.

We were a group of 12 and wanted to enjoy some beer at about 3.00 pm. We hoped to sit on the beautiful patio by the Chewuch river. It was full and the waitress asked us to sit inside and will move us when the table is available. In 5-10 minutes a table was available while we ordered some beers. We asked the waitress if we could move down and she said, why don't you just open some windows behind you to get the feel and see the river. Then we asked for Spring Herb Fries and the waitress says, sorry we ran out of it .... What at 3.00pm on a Sunday afternoon... you ran out of fries at a Pub Fare restaurant... Well, we still believed her until we saw fries being served to two different customers who came after us... I am not sure why she did that. We asked for two of their famous beer brands and ..... here's the best part... they ran out of those too... and I thought they were a brewery.. The service was very very slow and inefficient. So we just finished the beers that we settled for in anticipation of sitting on the deck quickly and left... we felt that they just were not interested to serve us... I will not recommend anyone to go there ... rather drive towards Twisp 9 miles to East 20 Pizza and enjoy the delicious pizza and reasonably priced beers...
