Just spent two nights at one of our old favorites. Warm Springs Inn is under new management and it shows with all of the sprucing up that has been done. Dawn and Cliff are great hosts and the breakfasts were special. Lovely old home on beautiful grounds at river's edge.

A charming place; well kept grounds and rooms. One of the best breakfasts I ever had. I highly recommend thes B&B to anyone. The location is easily accessed from the main highways. I will be going back again.

I had my wedding held at the inn last weekend and it was SPECTACULAR! Kathy and her staff were amazing in making my perfect day come true. The food was outstanding, and the grounds were just breathtaking. All of my guests had wonderful thing to say about it all. Kathy was extremely helpful throughout the entire weekend and catered to my bridesmaids every need. She is well priced and you DEFINETLY get your money's worth! My new husband and I are already making plans to come back for our anniversary! I would hands down reccomend this gorgeous location and Kathy and her wonderful staff! Thank you Kathy for making my day come true!!!

I was recently involved in a wedding here and it didn't go as smooth as it should have because of the owners over controlling attitude and to pure disregard for customer and guest wishes. Kathy is very bossy to everyone here including guests and can be extremely rude to you if you at all question her plan or ideas.she is also very rude to her staff. There were major delays in the wedding do to Kathy's lack of knowledge and poor planning! On the flip side it is a beautiful yard they have and a respectable older home which is a place you could enjoy a stay. Wouldn't recommend this place for any event other than a place to sleep in an old home!

A very scenic location just outside downtown Wenatchee. The inn keeper was very friendly and helpful. She had a list of her favorite area restaurants for dinner ready to go. The gardens were nice and the riverside location very scenic. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean but needs a bit of help. There were water stains on the ceiling and the shower head needs replacing. The shower was painful to stand under because the jet coming from the head was concentrated. The room did have a window a/c unit, but it wasn't big enough to keep up with the large room, high ceilings and hot temps. Breakfast in the morning was great; both quality and quantity.
The inn's location is very serene and relaxing. Just be aware that the train tracks are just across the river from the inn so you will hear whistles 3 or 4 times during the night depending on how light of a sleeper you are.

Room Tip: try and get a room in the front of the house to minimize the train whistle noise

This 100 year old home is just off highway 97 but also right on the interesting Wenatchee River. We had a super comfy room and delicious breakfast for good value.

This B and B in an old home has gracious public areas and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was terrific, excellent food without a huge carb load. The chef was very friendly as well. The place is small and quiet and in a beautiful location- only hitch- the train passes on the other side of the river several times a night and uses the horn- I guess if you use the AC you might not hear it but I'm an open window sleeper.

Room Tip: ask for rooms 1,2 or 5 for a river view
