We had an enjoyable stay at the Best Western Chieftain in Wenatchee, Wa. For an older hotel it is very well kept and maintained. Everything was very clean, I notice little things a lot of people probably wouldn't and I had no complaints. The staff was very friendly and genuinely interested in attending to any needs we had. They recommended some great eating places. Overall, we had a nice stay and I would definitely return.

The hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The room was spacious; the bed was comfortable; there was even a Keurig coffee system in our room! Highly recommend! Next time we visit this city, we will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Wenatche. the staff at Best Western was nice, helpful and courteous. The only problem we encountered was the couple next door to us was arguing for an hour in the middle of the night. We should have called the desk, but didn't want problems from the couple if they knew we called. Not the fault of the hotel, just bad timing. Hot tub, pool and fresh baked cookies in the evening were such a treat.

The breakfast room is too small and crowdy. The overflow room to eat is not convenient because it's located at the other end of the building. Otherwise our experience was positive and we will stay there again. We like the place and Wenatchee is a very nice city.

We got a good deal on two (non consecutive) nights on priceline based on the "star" rating so we were a little cautious about what we would get. We were very pleased with the quality of the BW Chieftain. The hotel, both common areas and our room, were very clean. It is a little bit on the older side, but the bed and bedding seemed fairly new (and comfortable) with a flat screen TV, microwave and mini-fridge. The TV wouldn't come on the first night and I called the front desk. She suggested checking the plug which fixed the problem. I was impressed when she called back within 10 mintues to find out it the problem was resolved. The breakfast was standard motel hot breakfast, but hot items were hot, cold items were cold, and the eating area was very clean and well stocked. We would stay at this location again.

Room Tip: We had rooms on the second floor on both stays on either side of the motel. Both were comfortable t...

Popcorn ceilings, two knobs for the hot and cold in the shower. So it's somewhat outdated, but has been very well kept. The price seems to reflect that it's outdated, so it's still a good value. Everything else is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Dear Timothy K,

Thank you so much for taking the time in filling out a survey on TripAdvisor and thank you for your stay at the Best Western Chieftain Inn.

We try very hard to keep up with the hotel and I'm sorry to hear that you feel it's outdated. We've done some remodels in 2007 and 2009 and we're always improving but all and all, we appreciate your feedback.

We hope to see you soon but if not, we all wish you safe travels and to take care. Again, thank you for taking the time for filling out the survey.

Sincerely,
Mei-lan

We stayed at this hotel when we went to the Gorge Amphitheater for a concert. It's only about 45 min from the Amphitheater which worked for us. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. We were on the lower floor and we had a patio which was nice. This hotel has a out door pool which we didn't get a chance to use. The free breakfast was better than I thought it would be. It was help yourself and they had waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, scones, coffee, juice, and tea. There is a railway track right next door but to my surprise we didn't hear it once we were indoors. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people upstairs and next door and they weren't overly noisy.

Room Tip: I would ask for a top floor room as to not hear people walking above.
