Son-in-Law recommended it to us. He takes his business clients there for dinner and lunch. Nice atmosphere and good choice of menu Really nice bar. A little pricey but worth the atmosphere. Highly recommend for couples/business. Not exactly a family place because a little upscale and quiet setting.

Lovely surroundings with just the right amount of sophistication while avoiding pretention.
Varied dishes, prepared well- drinks are yummy and services is warm and friendly

Great for celebrations (adults) or date night. Travelers will enjoy. Located in Union Gap Mall- easy access to highway.

Tried the TNT Coulotte. It was cooked perfectly and the demi-glace was delicious. Comes with mashed spuds, and in-season veggies. Service was a little slow which was odd because it wasn't busy, and food could have been delivered hotter. The house wine was very good. A nice place for lunch and will try it out for dinner.

This place is trying very hard to be trendy and creative with their offerings, but after trying them out at least six different times, I think they are missing the mark. Great atmosphere, but that's where the enjoyment ends :(

First of all, the happy hour offerings are just a stripped down version of the usual appetizer list - meaning you can't have a discount on the best items they have on that list. and the one they call Morrocan Beef does not taste like any Morracan food I've eaten in big city restaurants!

The drinks are severely overpriced for the volume (lack of) that they give you. My wife and I have yet to try anything here where we could actually say "that was fantastic!" Dinner was a disappointment, because everything was overcooked, some of it even kind of cold. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, unless you're feeling like wasting some money.

We had a decent dinner for a large group of adults and children at this Twigs outpost in Valley Mall, Union Gap. The restaurant was relatively new having opened just a year ago, according to our server. The decor was modern and the restaurant clean. The service was prompt and friendly. Twigs was of a quality higher than I expected in this mall. The menu was generally American and had a selection of meats, seafood and poultry. Gluten-free options were available much to the relief of some of us in our group. For appetizers we had the pork tacos, hummus (Twigs Mezza), calamari a la romana and Moroccan beef. The latter was heavily season (in contrast to the description of just a "touch of spices") but we all agreed that the problem was that it was much too salty, even for the salt-lovers among us. We later learned that even though the restaurant was just over 1 year old, it had recently lost its first chef. The other appetizers was good, particularly the Kalua pork tacos. Both adults and kids enjoyed their main dishes which included pork osso bucco, crab Mac & Cheese, pepper salmon, and a couple of sizable salads. We shared and enjoyed a couple of desserts, the bread pudding and profiteroles. Twigs is worth dining at when visiting Valley Mall.
