Spent three nights here (off-season) while visiting family in the area. Very nice inn, great hosts (Raleigh and Peter) who made us feel right at home, and delicious breakfasts. They even welcomed our in-town family to join us for breakfast on our last morning in the Methow.

OK, this is a little late: my sister and I stayed at the Methow Valley Inn the last week of August. We booked for one night there before going on to Chelan, and booked for another night there in the same room for on our way back from Chelan. Peter and Raleigh were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in our little wing of the establishment! Our room was great: crisp clean linens, fresh air and great light. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We loved roaming their garden and enjoying our wine out in the courtyard under the amazing huge silver maple tree. When we came back for our second night, it felt like we were coming home! Thanks so much: we will return! I'm just sorry I didn't post this sooner: school started and I forgot to till now!

Room Tip: I chose the only room, Room 7 I think, that seemed to be one with 2 beds since it was me and my sist...

This is an unusual B&B - the central rooms (living room with roaring fire, dining area, and tv room) are well used by the B&B occupants. The "family" environment means that you get to share experiences with other guests and with the hosts, Terry & Nora. Lots of recommendations of things to do, places to go, where to eat. They are really savvy, know the area well, and were indispensable The rooms in the B&B were lovely, though small, but very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good variety. Truly a bargain for what you get. Will definitely return - but will look to miss the opening of hunting season next time!

Room Tip: Rooms with private baths and some with shared bath that are less expensive.

What a delightful discovery! The Inn was not only a wonderful retreat, but we also enjoyed our conversations with the owners. Raleigh, who is responsible for the home preserves served at breakfast, has an interesting story of other work she does in the community which we so appreciated hearing. Thanks to Terry's recommendations , we enjoyed two delicious dinners in town one of which included a performance by Terry Hunt, an accomplished local classical guitarist. Peter enthusiastically shared his knowledge of mountain biking in the area. The room was immaculate and the food thoughtfully prepared. We'll be back!

Room Tip: We enjoyed room 4 . Would love to stay in the suite some time.

We loved our experience in Twisp. Staying at the Inn was just a bonus. The room was comfortable - everything clean and friendly-like. On the way home, all we did was talk about how soon we could return. There is something very special about this little town and the Methow Valley Inn is part of it. The owners should be very proud of what they've created.

We just had the pleasure of spending one night at this wonderful Inn. The hosts were very accommodating and easy going. We stayed in the smallest room and had to share a bathroom, which we knew ahead of time, but it was never an issue. Breakfast was very good and plentiful but don't expect a Lumberjacks style meal with meat and potatoes and stacks of flapjacks. If you're looking for a B&B in this area don't pass this place up.

Love this Inn.. It's not fancy, its an older but very well kept up inn; the rooms are spotless, our bathroom impeccable, the beds comfy, there is air conditioning (but we didnt need it), the lounge inviting, you can see the kitchen (which we like) - neat, clean, professional; breakfast is just what we like (a hot quiche, fruit, cereal, breads, coffee) , the hosts know how to make you feel welcome... One of our favourites now.
