We stayed here a couple of nights while attending the Winthrop R&B Festival.

There was a little trepidation from my traveling companion about a shared bathroom but it turned out to be a non-issue. It was a totally delightful stay with countless amenities. The facility was well appointed and comfortable with beautiful grounds.

The inn keepers were all very friendly, helpful, and full of information.

And the breakfasts were to die for! Great combination of hot/cold delicacies including home grown and canned preserves and fruit. Pricing was reasonable and access was easy.

We would definitely put this on our "A" list when in the area next time.

The inn is a delight in every respect - charming host ... lovely rooms ... beautiful gardens ... delicious breakfast ... a true restful oasis deserving of repeat visits. We were sorry to leave a place that felt so much like home only with pampering.

Room Tip: Most rooms have private baths but even the hall bath shared by three rooms is spacious and immaculate.

My sister and I stayed at this charming b&b just last week. We were on the road and called last minute from Omak , late in the day and Terry was very welcoming. Our room was small for two people but very efficient and the bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. The inn is charming, spacious and furnished beautifully. The gardens and terrace area very inviting and in fact we wish we were staying another night it was so peaceful. Terry and his assistant Barb seem to be lovely people, the breakfast was excellent and we highly recommend this b&b. I hope to be through the area with my husband on a future trip and this will be a must return to.

The breakfast was utterly wonderfully, home-canned fruit with inventive recipes - a frittata with homegrown chard, French toasted stuffed with flavored cheese, and more. The beds: amazingly comfortable (better than home!), the hosts helped us enjoy the spring blossoms by pointing out trails and building us a fire to play scrabble by in the evening.

Room Tip: They all looked good to me.

I booked into the Methow Valley Inn while travelling for business, but plan to come back for pleasure. This jewel of a historic building is country-perfect, and the breakfast was amazing. Even better were the innkeepers, Raleigh and Peter, who are gracious and unobtrusive hosts. Well worth a longer stay.

Room Tip: I don't think there is a bad room in the place. I was at the front of the house and it was peaceful and quiet. i slept with the windows open and awoke to bird song.
