My husband and I drove for 14 hours straight through the night from SLC, UT only to arrive in Tumwater with our three daughters (the youngest only five) at 8am. The staff allowed us to check in early without charging us extra fees, they were considerate of our tiresome, achy bodies, and did everything they could to help us with our belongings.
When we woke a few hours later, we asked the girl at the front desk if she knew of any shuttle services that could transport us since we had three more daughters who reside in Washington (which is why we were there) and we cannot fit all eight of us in our F150. She immediately started searching the internet and phone book for phone numbers and got on the phone to every taxi service, shuttle, and anyone else she could think of.
Everyone there was smiling and asked us how we were doing almose like an apartment complex and we were their neighbors. It was very nice.
I also the location of the hotel. It sits off of the free way. I felt somewhat secluded, more private. I like that.
The only thing I didn't like is their swimming pool is quite shallow at only 4ft deep. Also, it's in need of repairs or updates. Something rather anyway.. It's not terrible, but it's definately seen better days.More
