The dim sum and the prime rib were good and so were the desserts. The sushi bar was a disappointment because some of the raw fish were mushy and at room temperature. I had to spit out the bad raw oysters (mushy) and ate the good ones. The fried crab and the fried lobsters also had mushy meat. Maybe it was just a bad night. Some of the raw fish tasted like it had been sitting for a long time at room temperature.
