This is my second time to stay here. I absolutely love it. The owners are friendly and personable. The rooms are clean and comfy with beautiful decor. Staying here is a nice and enjoyable getaway from day to day life. I will for sure be back for more stays.

My husband and I stayed at the Trout Lake Valley Inn for a friends’ wedding. We stayed here two nights and loved every moment of it. Trout Lake is a perfect location to kick-back, relax and enjoy the great outdoors. This hotel is family owned and operated. The staff are very friendly and are more than willing to help make suggestions on things to do in the area. I would suggest having a car on-site to get around to nearby points of interest. From the hotel, however, you can easily access a nearby general store and some town restaurants, only about a 10 minute walk away. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel is great! We loved the famous sweet potato waffles. The hotel is very clean and the attention to detail makes you feel right at home. We simply chose this hotel because it was in the same town as the wedding we were attending, but we will definitely be back to spend some time. Thanks Trout Lake Valley Inn for the hospitality!

We just stayed here on July 11, 2013. This place is wonderful. The decor of the rooms is absolutely wonderful. It is decorated in a log cabin motif and is incredibly clean and neat. The hosts are very warm and accommodating. We really enjoyed staying here and it is close to so many outdoor activities.

Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in July and found the garden grounds just just beautiful. Rooms are charming and the light breakfast was very good. We loved this place and so will you.

This was a great place for my wife and I to stay. We climbed Mt. Adams (which can be viewed right down the road from the inn) and needed a night to rest afterwards. The place was clean, quiet and even had a hot tab to relax in after a long two days of hiking. The staff were super nice and cooked some delicous sweet potato waffles for breakfast. Even though we were excited to continue the rest of our vacaction in Portland, we were sad to leave this place behind. We hope to return someday in the future.
