We were able to escape our children and spend a wonderful evening pampered at Cameo Heights! We stayed in the French Room and the attention to detail is beyond compare. Deanne and Alan go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect... Chef Nathan Carlson is very personable and wow does he know how to cook. We had the lobster and prime rib and both were cooked to perfection. The desserts were out of this world! If you are looking for a romantic, friendly, and fun place to stay that is far enough out of town to feel like you are "away" this is the place to go!

The house setting was perfect. Little manion in the middle of no where surrounded by grape, cherry and apple orchards. On top of the rolling hills. Opened the frount door to splendor. Was greeted warmly by Deanna. We were giving a tour of the place. The theater room, pool, recreational area and dinning room. Set up picture perfect. We were shown our room in the french suite and my breath was taken away. It was beautiful. My prince an I enjoyed the skylight while cuddling together by fire watching a movie. My first candle light dinner served with beef cheeks and mashed potatoes was delirious. To make a long story short....we came in as boyfriend/girlfriend we left engaged. My prince proposed to me in the french suite and I said yes. This was my valentines day gift to him an his was proposing to me. We plan on staying again when every thing is blooming! Might even plan our wedding here but still working on ideas so far.

Room Tip: I loved the french suite for the balcony veiw and the skylight. Both were added bonus to making the stay amazing!

This was our first visit to this B&B and were we impressed. The hosts were wonderful and everything in this beautifully built house says quality. The "French" room we stayed in was luxuriously appointed, immaculate, and the view from the room and the sun through the windows in the morning were awesome. There was a really attactive pool and hot tub area but the pool was closed until spring, and it was too cold for us to use the hot tub. Come with a big appetite as the dinner (extra cost) was excellent, as was the freshly made pastry and coffee delivered to our room prior to breakfast in the morning. We will probably revisit when the weather is warmer and we can make better use of the outdoor facilities.

This is the 4th time my wife and I have stayed at Cameo Heights. Every room selection has been different and every time, our expectations have been exceeded. We love the atmosphere and how EVERYTHING has been thought of ahead of time. Our plan is to stay as often as it takes until we have travelled "around the world." We live in West Richland, WA and for such a short trip, it provides us the escape from reality we need. It may be pricey, but there it is worth EVERY PENNY....every time.

Room Tip: The Greek Suite (#2) has a small kitchenette which is a great feature. There is a bit of noise above the room as it is situated below the dining room. However, with a sliding glass door that leads out to the outdoor hot tub, the large jetted tub and dual head rain shower, the noise was a minimal impact to our experience. We loved it!!!
