We opted for an "a la carte" breakfast. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the fresh squeezed juice couldn't have been any fresher had we squezzed it ourself, and the coffee was just right - not too strong. The service was great, very speedy.

The food was good but a little on the pricey side. The wait staff was very friendly. We ate dinner their two times. Very close.

My girlfriend and I stopped here for lunch one Sunday afternoon, and based on all our server's suggestions, we ended up having an gorgeous afternoon feast. I started off with a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvingnon Blanc, perfectly chilled and crisp. Next came our Warm Bite Salad, with thick bacon, frisee, fresh tomato, bacon vinaigrette, and dripping in a golden delicious poached egg--one of the best salads I've ever had.

We also shared a dungeness crab salad made with chives, creme fraiche, micro-greens, orange, and olive oil. This was good, but perhaps too much of too many good things. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich with poblanos, aioli, pepperjack cheese, bacon, lettuce, roma tomatoes, and avocado was very good as well, but the really delicious part of this dish? The garlic fries with a side of gravy poutine. Bite makes their poutine with meaty crimini mushrooms and zinfandel with Gorgonzola on the side--fantastic!

For dessert we splurged on one of the best creme brulees I've ever had. A zesty lemon custard affair with sweet and crunchy caramelized sugar on top.

We also liked the sleek atmosphere--cool, blue, and hip. We will return on our next trip to Tacoma!

The food was very good. But for the #4 rating in Tacoma, I was expecting more. I did not care for the atmosphere...not at all romantic compared to Marzano's, or Over the Moon. A good hotel restaurant. The halibut was excellent. A beet salad was delicious, although very expensive. Service was slow. Not at the top of my list for a return visit.

We only had breakfast here. The selection is good and the food is very good. We did have to flag down the waitress because we were waiting a long time. After notifying her of our need, breakfast did arrive soon after.
