Nice decoration tapping into Tacoma's wonderful art glass scene. Not the standard "bland" decorations on the walls. Surprisingly good and reasonably priced hotel restaurant was a real find

My partner and I had a great time. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. The room was expertly cleaned, and the restaurant was top notch. Colin at the front desk helped us pick fantastic things to do, and helped us decipher our maps.

Exactly what one expects from an upscale hotel. All aspects of sevice were great.
The in hotel restaurant "Bite" was quite a suprise. Wonderful food and service, and no more expensive than comperable places. Better than the Pacific Grill.

I travel very often for work. My company sent me a link for Hotel Murano, it was a great rate so I booked it. I fell in love with this hotel, and wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the beautiful glass art that is on display.
The staff was amazing, and the hotel is beautiful, modern, and clean!!
I can't wait to go back!

Needing to be in Tacoma for the 1st time, we picked this hotel online , noting is affliation with familiar hotel Max in Seattle. It exceeded our expectations in every way---aestetics, service, location, comfort. We are very well traveled and this is one of the best hotel experiences in our memory.

What a surprise the Murano was when we drove up. The location is central to the theater, glass museum and other attractions in downtown Tacoma. Upon our arrival we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Amanda and the desk staff were special. The hotel itself is outstanding and unique with interesting pieces of glass and artists displayed on every floor. Our suite truly was sensational with two bathrooms, two HD televisions and the most fantastic three-sided view of the water and city possible. The room was quiet and the layout was perfect. This is truly one of Tacoma's treasures!

My wife and I stayed here in June at a teaching conference. The room was very nice and clean. Great bed... Beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. the front desk staff were efficient, but not overly friendly. The restaurant staff, though, was very professional and accommodating, allowing us to hang out for several hours after we'd checked out in order to watch the World Cup game...
