The Sunday brunch buffet was excellent. We felt like it was a pretty good value at $37.95 per adult. This includes unlimited champagne, mimosas, and even a bloody mary bar. This is cheaper than Salty's Sunday brunch, and I think Skamania's brunch is better food quality & better food offerings. There was a seafood section with crab legs, shrimp, mussels, ceviche, 3 kinds of caviar, smoked salmon, etc. The caving station included alder wood salmon, prime rib, & ham. The salmon & prim rib were both incredible & just melted in your mouth. There was also a build your own / cook to order omelet station with many choices for ingredients. There was also a waffle & french toast station. There was a cold salad bar & many other hot dishes like potatoes o'brien, bacon, sausages, chicken, flank steak, seafood newburg, veggies, salmon chowder, etc. The desserts were very good also. They had apple crisp, berry crisp, flan, crème brule, cheesecake, & many other desserts. Service was excellent. Very attentive & always ready to refill your champagne. We will be back!
