Description: Welcome to the historic Steam Plant, site of an award-winning preservation effort and a landmark Spokane destination. The Steam Plant was built in 1916 and provided radiant steam heat to over 300 buildings in downtown Spokane until it closed in 1986. Avista and Wells and Company renovated the building and re-opened it in 1999, preserving much of the original working plant. While you're here, be sure to take a moment for a self-guided tour. Narrative displays are located throughout this one-of-a-kind building. We hope you enjoy our distinctive approach to dining, in which we work with local farmers and ranchers to create dishes that celebrate the best our region has to offer.

Historic restraint under the old smokestacks in Spokane. Definitely a great place to try different beers and some excellent ones to enjoy but there are better places to enjoy a mea. Not saying the meal was bad just average but if you drink enough of the beer, the meal is likely to improve!

This place was beautiful architecturally. It's an old steam plant and it has a cool industrial feel. The food isn't particularly bad but the service was painfully slow and inattentive. Also the food seems quite over priced. The parking also isn't convenient. There are better places in Spokane to go for dinner and drinks.

We took my daughter here for her 25th B-Day and had a great time. The food was very good and the waitress was very attentive to our table. I told them it was our daughter's B-Day and they served her a chocolate masterpiece for desert on the house.

Upstairs is a restaurant downstairs is the bar / restaurant. Great food, great micro brewery beer, excellent service. If you are any where near the city centre just go, especially if its Happy Hour. The only thing I could offer as an improvement is make it just a touch brighter hard to read the menu if your over 40....!

Nice atmosphere but the food was average to poor. Food felt like franchise dining--no zest or imagination.
