Azteca makes their own tortillas on site, and their slow-cooked meats are very well-seasoned and tender.
If you go with the chile verde or carnitas, you'll be a happy camper. Also, if you get a burrito, the carnitas or picadillo will be the tasty options.
I have my favorites at this restaurant, and they are consistently good.
