Our server was newer-but she did a good job-and we were patient. She was very young and had zero knowledge of wine-so that was a bit hard to take when you look at the prices. I accidentally ordered the tiger prawns and a steak-which was way too much food and very expensive-once the bill came. It was very good-but the atmosphere is more like a Denny's than an upscale steak house, but I guess they are trying to follow the rustic ambience of their Idaho original place, and it is much nice than that. Overall a nice experience, good food, but should train their new staff a bit better.
