Went here first time over 25 yrs ago on my first date with my husband. It is pretty much exactly the same! Love the wine roasted chicken! the Indian Bread is really cravable and I'm suprised you don't see that more as a side in other restaurants. Awesome onion rings too!!!

My wife ordered a pasta dish, it was so salty that she could only eat a few bites. They did comp this dish after we mentioned it to the server. The service was fine.

I started going to the Red Lion BBQ in 1971 when it was just a hole in the wall. Over the years the recipe for the ribs hasn't changed. The wine broiled chicken is also still just as good and for a great combo meal try the Bobby Special with ribs and chicken. The fried bread and honey is to die for and one can almost make a meal of that alone. It's now a sports bar but the food hasn't changed.

Ribs were served cold. Also the menu only says "BBQ Ribs" To me and most this means pork ribs... to Red Lion it means beef ribs... kinda disappointing.. The ribs also had the membrane on the back of the ribs still. Ribs came with baked beans, served cold. :( Silver lining, the beer was cold and after complaining we weren't on the hook for the dinner, which was nice.
