This museum is not to be missed for anyone who is interested in Plateau Native Americans as the collection is really impressive. Temporary exhibitions are very interesting, the shop though small is well stocked and finally, the middle eastern food at the café is delicious.

Excellent displays of native culture and northwest architecture. Historic and modern native arts. Rather eclectic mix of subjects.

Exhibits on NorthWest pioneers, AmerIndians, Industry and on 1950s interior design. Very reasonably priced, well lighted and signed, a little light entertainment if you are interested in culture and history. Not a lot of significance. Beautiful building and location. Cheap admission price.

Our family really enjoys the special exhibits that the MAC brings to the inland NW. We are from Nelson but travel down especially to visit this fantastic facility.
