We spent seven nights in July 2012 and loved it. The room was clean, large enough for the five of us (used a roll-away bed). The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room was in the farthest wing, which provided us with peace and quiet, although we could occasionally hear some footsteps from the second floor. Stephanie at the reception was very helpful and gave us directions to the place we were going. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which one of us used at 3:30 a.m. on a Sunday. Right between the hotel and the Spokane river is a lovely public trail that is perfect for checking out the cute and tame marmots living there. The central location makes it easy to go anywhere by foot or car. Suggestion for improvement: add a microwave and small fridge in the room.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Customer service is poor. The front desk is understaffed and can't be bothered to actually follow-up with guests. I contacted them before the stay, during the stay and after the stay and have always gotten the brush-off. The pool was also closed. The overall feeling is that the hotel is careworn and the upkeep is poor. As a warning to disabled travelers, there is no elevator so be sure to ask for a first-floor room.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and were very pleased with the service, friendly staff, location and amenities. The staff made us feel very welcome and were attentive to any needs that we had. The location was convenient to the river and the pathway system and we enjoyed the fact that we could walk to the city center while enjoying the scenery on the way. Our room had a courtyard view overlooking one of the two outdoor swimming pools and the river. It was very comfortable and included all the typical amenities plus a fridge. Excellent value at this price point.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing towards the courtyards and river.

Room was average, clean enough. We did find an uneaten, opened pop-tart in the room-service book. Phone did not work to even call room-service. Clerk's attitude changed when she saw I booked through Priceline. Second time this has happened.

We arrived about 9am after flying all night, and inquired at the desk if we could check in early. They were super friendly, and had no problem letting us check in 6 hours before regular check in time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. The location couldn't be better. There was a beautiful walking path right behind the hotel that looped around the Spokane River. It was very peaceful. I would have loved to stay longer to be able to walk around Downtown Spokane. There is no complimentary breakfast, but the buffet was amazing! Since I booked through Priceline.com I got an excellent deal on a surprising nice hotel.
