We do love hand-crafted pizzas, and the ones served here did not disappoint, they were excellent! First, the pizza menu is a bit unusual in its combinations of cheese, sauces, and toppings. We had to take some time to deliberate which of the many unique combinations to choose, they all looked good! Our pizzas arrived fairly quickly, and were just delicious! The wood-fired crusts were crisp and tasty to the last crumb. The toppings were fresh and tasty, We had to ask about a very slight sweetness on our pizza that had peppers and sliced cherry tomatoes, and were told it was a balsamic vinegar reduction....nice touch from the chef for sweet-and-spicy, without being over-the-top with either one!! Service was great, and the restaurant quite pleasant. This will be a must-stop when we return to Spokane!

Second time in eating here. Great Pizzas! Tried the sample beers. 5 4oz glasses for six bucks. Outside seating has a misters to keep you cool in the heat. The Dalton is the best pizza. Be willing to try something different. You will be pleasantly surprised.

This restaurant has truly unique pizza and it is excellent. When I read the descriptions of the pizzas I wasn’t too sure we really wanted to eat there. But I am glad we did. We ordered the Fairview pizza (with pears - yes, pears), and the Lacrosse with sausage. Both were excellent. They manage to create pizza with a lot of flavor without overloading the pizza and the crust is divine. The place is casual and is trying to create a local European pub atmosphere. It succeeds.

We had a short wait to be seated on a Monday night, but then were giving a nice table on the patio. The patio had umbrellas and even misters for when it is particularly hot.
We tried a pretzel with stout mustard sauce as an appetizer which was very good, I had ordered the Apricot Cider which was strong but very enjoyable.
Our table ordered 4 different pizzas, all with quite unusual toppings, but we all thought that they were amazing. Mine was the "Fairview", with cheese blend, smoked back bacon ham, pears, blue cheese crumbles and balsamic reduction. My husband had the "Dalton" with Honey apple BBQ sauce, pulled pork, house cheese blend, caramelized onion and coleslaw. Both were delish! Service was very good.
