We paid about $75 for this room in late July, + $5 for parking, so I call that $80. Room was modern & very stylish, and spotlessly clean. There is some neat artwork in the parking lot… We weren't really interested in style, but it is a nice touch. Large, nicely tiled shower (no bathtub). Standard continental breakfast of cereal & basic pastries, including some hard boiled eggs for protein. Also "make your own waffles" which I know some people appreciate. I thought this was a great rate for a very nice (though basic) hotel in the middle of summer, in the heart of Spokane. Absolutely no complaints.

We Made reservation at this hotel based on advertising pictures and representatives. But its way overdone! They started the renovation but Didn't complete it! If they do complete to the advertising level it would serve people well without frustration!!! We occupied 6 rooms and none were completed as promised!

The best part of our stay was that the room was clean and recently renovated, but that was it. The train ran by the hotel all night, making it hard to sleep. The check-in area was dirty and smelled. The breakfast was terrible. There wasn't enough room for everyone in the breakfast room, the breakfast was cold and not enough food. We decided not to bother waiting any longer for the breakfast and ate at a local restaurant. The hotel charges you an additional fee to park your vehicle there and parking is limited. Overall this was not a good experience. We would not stay there again or recommend this hotel. Wi-fi didn't work on any of our devices.

This hotel was a very pleasant experience for us during our weekend stay over the 4th of July weekend in 2014. The hotel used to be a Ramada, and since the Ruby brand has taken over it appears to have undergone large renovation work and is in very nice shape! The room we had was VERY clean, and we are quite picky travellers. The beds/linens are high quality and very comfortable, along with a functional bathroom and regular (expected) room amenities.

The rates are very reasonable, especially considering the amazing location of this hotel. It is located very centrally in Spokane and is within walking distance of just about any major attraction/restaurant in the city. The Riverfront Park (AMAZING) is ~5 minutes away, along with many other sites and amenities. Couldn't have asked for a better location. While here you really should check out the adjacent Steam Plant restaurant - it is quite unique and has really good food.

Now for the honesty, the outside of the hotel (walkways, stairs etc.) are a bit dated, but don't let that fool you! The rooms are really quite nice. Keep in mind yes, the hotel is right by some train tracks, and it can be a bit loud - but we found it didn't bother our sleep at ALL. If you require absolute silence during your hotel stay I would recommend a B&B or something in the sticks..

Oh the room also had excellent air conditioning - VERY important as it was ~98F (~37C) during the day. Wi-fi was perfect also!

Room Tip: Keep in mind there are train-tracks adjacent.

This hotel wasn't exactly what I expected. It's more of a motel style when I was thinking it was going to be an indoor type hotel. However, it was very clean, and the staff was fantastic! I was never wanting for anything. Walls were a little thin, but not overly noisy.
