“Stayed twice and both times nice!”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

I have stayed here twice now while on road trips and both times I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fairly typical of the offerings from other chains but the dining room is plenty big so you don't have to sit on top of other people. Our room was plenty big for three adults and there was little to no hallway and outside noise.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years on our many road trips to visit family in Portland. We always stay here and are never disappointed. Well, maybe a little disappointed when we couldn't get a light meal in the evening.

What a pleasant surprise, front desk welcoming and inviting. Hotel had everything you would need and more, and most important very clean! We had an early morning flight we were in the lobby by 5:45am to take shuttle and they had a breakfast packed ready to go (great idea)! Would definitely recommend!
Had a GPS to locate hotel, I'm not sure about finding it without one.

A basic Hampton. Front desk clerk was not friendly, just checked us in and didn't acknowledge our Hilton Honors. We've stayed there before and had a much better experience. The breakfast staff was very personable. Our room was quiet and the bed comfy.

After staying at the Hampton Inn In Richland, Washington, this was a somewhat older feeling hotel. The pool did not seem as well looked after (very cold) & finding the hotel from the freeway it is not that easy either. It seemed out of the way if you needed to shop for anything.
Breakfast was good though & the staff was friendly & helpful.

This was our second-to-last stay on our 10-day road trip. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Getting there was made possible by our GPS as the location off the I90 takes a few turns, but when there it's like entering a bit of an oasis. You could hear the traffic in the distance but not aggravating.

Check in was done early and quick; staff very friendly and informative. Parking was ample and right outside our room - so easy to unload the car. The hotel is well laid out and easy to find stuff.
Room was large, clean and well appointed. Beds were quite nice and comfy but a bit firm but that's probably just me. Still got a good night's sleep. It was quiet too on the opposite side of the freeway.
The hotel has no nearby restaurants but we intended to drive to one of our favorite spots (Red Lobster) anyway.

2 notable highlights worthy of mention:
- the atrium covered swimming pool was great. Better still, it backed out onto a patio where I could sunbathe after a good swim. That was really great after a long day of travel.
- the complimentary breakfast - although in a smaller area (that was recently upgraded) the good selection of food was fresh. Bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs were above average compared to most of our hotel stays.

Overall, the Hampton had great value, excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It's definitely better than the #6 rating for Spokane hotels.

Room Tip: Rooms on the far side are quieter. If you're on ground floor you have excellent access to all am...

I liked the room...we had a king and it was a very spacious room. The hotel it's self is pretty good size. The breakfast was kinda small but they had these very tasty little omelets. I would definitely stay here again.
